Tenon Stack

How we work

What happens from the first email to handover, the controls we use, and who answers for the result.

Who you deal with

Muhammad Haseeb, Founder, Tenon Stack. He is accountable for what Tenon Stack hands over and signs its contracts. He is based in Pakistan (UTC+05:00) and the work is remote.

How a project runs

  1. First conversation, by email. You describe the system and the problem. We tell you plainly if we are not the right fit.
  2. Paid scoping sprint. You receive a written scope, a design, the risks, an effort estimate, a fixed price for each milestone, and acceptance tests.
  3. Build in fixed-price milestones. One price per milestone, agreed in writing before it starts. We do not bill by the hour. You see working software at each step.
  4. Changes. A change to the agreed scope is re-estimated and priced as a change request, and you see why the price moved.
  5. Handover. Documentation, a runbook and a walkthrough.
  6. Ongoing support (optional). Scoped and agreed in writing, separately from the build.

How we keep mistakes away from you

Your data

Before any work starts, the scoping document says which of your data, if any, would leave your network, where it would go, and whether the work can run entirely on your own servers. Nothing is sent anywhere before you agree to that.
